2024/2025 What A Year! 

  • CYD Super Convention in Liverpool. Our performance team danced brilliantly.

  • Our singing lessons started with Miss Kim in October.

  • Our families enjoyed open classes and watched the amazing progress of pupils.  

  • Some of our boys attended the Boys Dance Day at Central School of Ballet in London.

  • Halloween Workshop was another spooktacular success! 

  • Miss Leanne and Miss Ruby attended the Acrobatic Arts training course.

  • All staff attended their First Aid training in November.

  • Miss Ruby hosted 2 dance parties for FEAD pupils. 

  • Parents enjoyed a wonderful festive floristry event with Violet & Willow in December. 

  • The upper school pupils had fun at their film and pizza night on the last week before Christmas. 

  • Lot of pupils enjoyed decorating some gorgeous baubles which looked fab on the FEAD Christmas tree at Beverley Minster. 

  • Our singing pupils entertained residents at Beverley Parklands Residential Home.  

  • The student assistants had a training session with all staff, on how to help at class and be good role models. 

  • Staff had a team photo shoot for new head shots for our website and socials. 

  • Then Miss Fleur & Miss Leanne attended CYD Teachers Convention in Wakefield for some inspiring CPD. 

  • Staff attended the Ladies Lunch Day at the Hilton Hotel in March hosted by the Smile Charity. 

  • Students competed in NBDA competition at Middleton Hall coming way with several trophies. 

  • Late March saw our Mother's Day dancing, always a really fun heart-warming day. 

  • Our new 2 day Easter Workshop was a huge success, particularly the visit from the Easter Bunny! 

  • We hosted 7 ISTD exam days.  

  • Miss Fleur & Miss Ruby taught for a day at Little Weighton School and spread the love of dance to more children.

  • A big performance team enjoyed performing a Mary Poppins number at Hull New Theatre with Stars of Tomorrow. 

  • Our Boys Crew went to Norfolk and showcased their talents in a huge boys only event called Brothers In Motion.

  • Again, our Father's Day dancing was lots of fun and very entertaining. 

  • Our first Choreography Competition and Senior Summer Showcase at The Beverley Barn was another spectacle of talent.

  • The last few weeks of term was all about the guest teachers, including Martin Howland for Ballet, Yoga with Becks, Choreo and Improv with Mitch and a visit from ex students too.

  • Miss Ruby's Tap Showcase was a lovely opportunity to see the fabulous progress from all her 121s. Brilliant!
